1.1 Age Limit & Legal Eligibility

• To open an account at 35bt, you must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a lawful resident of Bangladesh and be capable of using this service at your own discretion.
• Using the platform from regions where online gambling is legally prohibited is not permitted.
• Each individual may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.

1.2 Registration Process

• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account, and any unclaimed balance may be forfeited.
• 35bt may request additional documents (national ID card, birth certificate, etc.) at any time for identity verification.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date at all times.

1.3 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, inform our support team immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account or transferring it to another person is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Maximum bonus example: deposit ৳32,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳47,000.
• The welcome bonus applies to first-time registered members only, and is available once per account.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement is 15x — calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bets on certain games may count toward the wagering requirement at different rates — see the bonus terms page for details.

3.3 General Bonus Policy

• A new bonus cannot be claimed while an existing bonus is active.
• Bonuses have a set expiry — if the wagering requirement is not met before expiry, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
• 35bt reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven (multiple accounts, coordinated betting, etc.), the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

5.1 General Game Policy

• All games at 35bt are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness of outcomes.
• Game results are final — no result will be changed without clear evidence of a technical error.
• If an internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to our server records.
• Each game has its own rules, which are available in detail within the game interface.

5.2 Sports Betting

• Sports betting is available across multiple sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
• Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sports organization.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, 35bt will refund or reschedule the bet in accordance with its standard policy.
• Specific rules apply to system bets, combo bets, and any other betting formats.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Playing or betting using software, bots, or automated systems is strictly prohibited.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors will result in account closure.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities will be treated as fraud.
• Coordinating with other players to fix results (match fixing / collusion) is prohibited.

• 35bt uses your personal information solely to operate the service, verify identity, and ensure security.
• Your information is not sold to any third party.
